COVID-19 Retail Tax Relief Law
Ministry of Treasury may be developing an information notice detailing the intricacies of the COVID-19 Retail Store Tax Relief Law and expects it to be published soon. House Bill 2136, passed in the 2022 legislative session, created this unique piece of legislation to help you financially support certain businesses that have been impacted by COVID, 19-related closures and restrictions, especially in the 2020 and 2021 tax years. The funding will be equal, cumulatively, to the portion of the property accumulated in the commercial real estate showcase.
