Register Your Business
All taxpayers must now register online using this myconneCT (REG-1) registration application. If you are likely to register for a royalty tax account, you will need to pay electronically. DRS recommends using direct payment from your savings or checking account. Credit card payments are accepted but a service charge applies. When you register for a sales tax, occupancy, over-the-counter cigarette retailer, or (retailer), tobacco distributor, the provisional driver’s license is immediately available for printing. BE SURE TO PRINT A COPY OF YOUR RECORDS. Once you get the temporary odoshaving, you can start using it immediately. When applying, create a good username and password to access myconneCT. After submitting your request, you can log into your myconneCT account to obtain your CT tax number. As a company operating in Connecticut, you must now use myconneCT to manage your addresses, names, officers, and tax types, accurate and up-to-date.
